We organize your scope
BuildBids turns your description, photos and measurements into a clear, structured project scope that contractors can review and price consistently.

Verified contractors bid
Only contractors who have passed identity, business, insurance and Google Business Profile verification and who service your area can submit a bid.

Compare and choose
Compare bid amount, verification status, Google reputation, availability, duration, warranty, permits, waste removal, taxes and what's included or excluded.

Select your contractor
You are never required to choose the lowest bid. When you select a contractor, they pay the BuildBids success fee and contact details unlock for both sides.

Proceed directly
You and the contractor sign your own construction agreement and handle deposits, permits, scheduling and payments directly. BuildBids is not a party to that contract.
What BuildBids does not do
- BuildBids does not perform, supervise or manage construction work.
- BuildBids does not hold deposits, progress payments or construction funds.
- BuildBids does not guarantee workmanship, completion or contractor performance.
- BuildBids does not set contractor pricing or approve completed work.
Information and measurements are provided by the homeowner and should be independently verified by contractors before entering into a construction agreement.
